The Library Mission Statement
The Tuckahoe Public Library provides equal opportunity access to information, high quality multimedia materials, programs, exhibits, and on-line resources to meet the needs of our community for life-long learning, cultural enrichment, and intellectual stimulation. To fulfill its mission, the Library employs a knowledgeable, well-trained staff committed to service.
Library hours:
Monday & Wednesday 10:30-8:30, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10:30-5:30, Saturday 10-5 September-June (10-1 July & August), Sunday Closed due to budget cuts.

Ginger Crosby, President, Alison Chilson, Vice President, Angela Carapella, Secretary, Christine Ferrante, Treasurer.

This year the Friends of the Tuckahoe Public Library received their 501C3 status! They worked hard on the complicated paper work with the help of the library board treasurer. The Friends think libraries are crucial to a civilized world. The Friends promote a wider knowledge and use of the library and its services, and help the library expand the services it provides.
